Penetration Flashing in Brace rd – S.Mart Life

Inspected reported leak. Leak was dripping from gas line that penetrates roof. Cleared snow and water from roof. Tightened hose clamp on gas pipe penetration. Wrapped penetration with EPDM flashing and sealed with M-1 sealant. Penetration is too low for chem curb. Leak stopped after repair.
