Penetration Flashing in Philadelphia, PA

Inspected reported leak in unit 501. Inspected area above unit Found electrical penetration for a/c unit open. Metal casing around wire had rusted and come apart. Wrapped wire with EPDM flashing and sealed penetration with lap sealant.
