Penetration Flashing in Pocono Plaza

Inspected reported leak in Giant. Found water dripping from penetration on sales floor. Found loose hose clamp on support pole. Tightened hose clamp and sealed TPO membrane to pole. Inspected reported leak in Jersey Mikes. Leaks under RTU. Employees stated that HVAC technician has determined that the leak was condensation from RTU. Cleared condensation trap and checked all seams around unit. Checked roof membrane for punctures. No damage found to roof membrane
