Punctures/Slices, General Maintenance in 3430 Progress Drive

Investigated interior of unit G to identify location of stained ceiling tiles. Inspected corresponding roof areas for damage and potential waterproofing issues. Located 14 punctures to reinforced EPDM field membrane local to leak areas in rear and central office of unit. Repair made using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant., Inspected roof area of 3448 unit A, and F. Located small blemishes in roof coating. Sealed blemishes using M1 sealant.
