Investigated reported leak areas at front exit door, fitting rooms, receiving and lower level break room.
Inspected roof area over front exit for and found a large puncture in EPDM field membrane above leak area. Repairs made using 9” EPDM flashed lap sealant.
Removed large area of ponding water from roof area over stained ceiling tiles in fitting rooms, and inspected roof for waterproofing issues. No damage or waterproofing issues found., Investigated drainage pipes above reported leak area in receiving and found heavy rust below coupling on one drain pipe. Tightened hose clamps on coupling.
Leak in lower level break room is directly below reported leak area in receiving and is suspected to be due to water puddling on floor above.
Damaged ceiling tiles replaced where needed at leak locations, to identify reoccurring leaks going forward.
