Punctures/Slices, General Maintenance in Commons at Thornbury

Repaired severel large punctures over the old Walgreens. Also repaired delaminated patches and open flashings at parapet and HVAC curbs., We believe the leaks over the Italian restaurant and the vacant space across are both HVAC related. We think they were both overloaded with snow and as the snow melted the water founds its way in through the cabinets/fan compartments.
