Investigated reported leak area and plenum space.
Inspected corresponding roof area for possible waterproofing issues.
Located one large slice and two punctures in EPDM field membrane in line with leak area described.
All punctures and slices cleaned, primed and repaired using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
Sealed exterior of exhaust unit local to leak area using M1 sealant., Removed target patch and roof insulation to further investigate substrate for evidence of leak and leak location.
All substrate components dry at time of further inspection.
Insulation and target patch reinstalled, and target sealed using 6” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
6” EPDM flashing applied around curb flashing of exhaust unit, as several areas of minor delamination was observed.
