Cleared and removed all debris from roof area over dialysis, and inspected roof for damage and potential waterproofing issues.
Located twelve punctures/ slices in TPO field membrane throughout roof area.
Repairs made to all punctures using 6” TPO flashing and lap sealant., Investigated leak area in room 252.
Inspected corresponding roof area and located failed flashing cement over two damaged areas of copper standing seam roofing.
Damaged areas sealed using M1 sealant.
Flashing cement reapplied across previously flashed area.
