Punctures/Slices in Arrive VF

Inspected reported leak on 4th floor. Cleared snow and ice from around roof drain scupper. Found large puncture in EPDM membrane. Repaired puncture. Found small opening in seam in front of scupper. Sealed with EPDM flashing. Cleared all scupper boxes. Scupper box sits a lot lower than outlet from roof. Water falls from outlet and can blow behind downspout. Gap should be closed with metal to prevent water from getting behind scupper.
