Punctures/Slices in Brace rd station

Inspected reported leak in rear of unit. Roof is covered with heavy snow and ice. Cleared snow from rear section and removed now from downspout. Found puncture in TPO membrane and sealed with M-1 sealant due to low temperatures. Sealed around pipe penetration. Found several openings on wall at top of metal flashing. Sealed openings with m-1 sealant Sealed top of exhaust vent lid screws.
