Punctures/Slices in CBRE- building 27 annex

Inspected reported leak in building 27 annex VP office. Inspected roof above. Removed ballast rock and scrubbed roof membrane. Found hole in roof membrane. Found second small puncture. Cleaned roof around puncture and repaired. Replaced ballast rock after repair. Found large puncture on adjacent EPDM roof. Repaired puncture.
