Punctures/Slices in Green Meadows Rehabilitation Center

Cleared all dirt and lint from roof area over reported leak. Scrubbed EPDM roof membrane using weathered membrane cleaner and 3m pads. Hosed away all remaining dirt. Located two punctures in EPDM field membrane as well as many very small blemishes and possible perforations in rubber. Punctures repaired using modified rubber sealant and cotton fabric. Greater area coated using modified rubber sealant to ensure blemishes and perforations are sealed.
