Punctures/Slices in Hillview S.C. – Image Studios

Investigated reported leak area by rear exit door. Inspected corresponding roof area for damage and other waterproofing issues. Located several punctures in reinforced EPDM field membrane local to leak area. All punctures cleaned, primed, and repaired using 90 EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
