Punctures/Slices in Philadelphia, PA

Inspected reported leak in Bobs furniture Inspected roof area above reported leak. Moved ballast rock from area. Found puncture at corner of roof curb for RTU. Found small opening in seam repaired both areas with EPDM flashing.
