Punctures/Slices in West Chester, PA

Inspected reported leak and rear of Goodwill store. Inspected roof above reported leak found small punctures in the EPDM membrane repaired with EPDM flashing. Found open seam along 6 inch strip covering Batten bar. Removed loose strip, covered with 9 inch EPDM flashing.
