Punctures/Slices in Westgate Hills

Inspected reported leak in elevator shaft. Inspected top of shaft on roof. Roof above shaft is full of water and plastic and pvc pipes. Removed water and trash and dried EPDM membrane. Found large hole in center of elevator shaft loosely covered with failed white sealant. Cleaned membrane and repaired hole with EPDM flashing. Trimmed other loose flashing. Roof area sits lower than scupper and will hold water after every rain.
