Punctures/Slices, Open Seams in Castor Place – Burlington

Investigated reported leak area in Burlington, closet behind customer service. Inspected corresponding roof area and located one small puncture local to leak area. Repairs made using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant. Sealed coping local to leak area, where coping meets wall, using M1 sealant., Located two small openings in local seams along front parapet wall. Repairs made using 9” EPDM Flashing and lap sealant.
