Punctures/Slices, Open Seams in Montgomery Square – Giant

Investigated reported leak area in organic food section. Inspected corresponding roof area for damage and potential waterproofing issues. Located several punctures in reinforced EPDM membrane local to leak area. Repairs made to punctures using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant., Located one open seam along perimeter of target patch local to leak area. Repairs made using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
