Punctures/Slices, Open Seams in West Chester, PA

Repaired 11 punctures found in EPDM roof membrane. Repaired punctures with 9” EPDM flashing , Repaired opening in seam around hvac curb. Seam did not have seam tape. EPDM was glued to EPDM and glue had separated. Covered seam with 9” EPDM flashing
