Punctures/Slices, Penetration Flashing in Cherry Hill Township, NJ

Inspected reported leak in liquor store area. Inspected area above reported leak. Clear dirt and debris from roof. Found small puncture TPO membrane and repaired. , Found loose screws on poles for old mechanical screen, and sealed with white sealant. Found wire penetration on exhaust fan that was loose and sealed penetration.
