Roof Drain Installation/Repairs, General Maintenance in Westmont Plaza

Inspected reported roof leak. Reported leak is under roof drain. Roof surface is wet and covered with water. Reported leak was not dripping at time of visit. Roof drain is improper for roof material. Drain is for a much thicker modified roof and can not be tightened without braking bolts. Drain will need to be replaced. Sealed drain with M-1 sealant to keep water out. , Inspected all roof seams in area above roof leak. No open seams or punctures found.
