Roof Drain Installation/Repairs in Devon Village – WholeFoods

Inspected reported roof leak. Leak is coming from drainpipe around drain location. Inspected roof above reported leaks. Drains are full of water and not draining. Drains are connected to 6” PVC that exits wall and empties into courtyard. PVC pipe was covered with snow and frozen solid. Cleared snow from end of drain pipe and removed ice block from drain pipe. Once cleared, roof drains emptied and leaks stopped.
