Removed all water and debris from roof surface. Checked all seams and penetrations for openings. Found several openings above reported leaks. Several openings and seams were found in the middle of the roof and along front perimeter. Sealed all seams or openings were found. Cleared all drains on roof. Repaired two punctures at far end of EPDM roof. Repaired large puncture in lower TPO roof from fallen branch. Trimmed curled material around drain and sealed perimeter with EPDM flashing., Sealed top edge of metal flashing around elevator chimney.
