Roof Overlay in East Stroudsburg, PA

MMI continues to install the PVC roof membrnae per the RCS spec. The existing EPDM is disabled and the seperation layer is mechanically fastened to the roof deck. The PVC is then mechaincally fastened to the roof deck. Oce a majority of the roof is installed the detail work will commence. The roof is left watertight after each day with night seals. Gutter work and perimeter metal installations will be the last items to be completed.
