Re-attached counterflashing to CMU wall with concrete anchors. Seal along the top of the flashing with sealant., Seal line set penetrations that travel through the vertical wall of the HVAC curb. Make repairs to several areas of open curb flashing., Re-attach existing EPDM membrane and fascia metal back to the wood blocking above the gutter. Install new EPDM flashing to seal the repair.
