Inspected reported leak in bakery kitchen. Inspected roof above reported leak. Roof is covered with snow and ice. Drain area is frozen blocking water from entering drain. Cleared ice from around drain and checked seams above reported leak. Leak appears to be coming from cut edge of decking under RTU. Found large opening in wall membrane that appears to have never been sealed. Used M1 sealant to hold down loose membrane due to freezing weather conditions. Loose membrane should eventually be sealed with fasteners and roofing cement. Sealed opening around electrical outlet in loose wall flashing. Loose wall flashing is in the area above reported leak , Sealed loose electrical conduit penetration
